1.具有博士研究生学历及博士学位；

2.掌握扎实、系统的专业基础理论和研究方法，具有较强的阅读专业书籍、文献、撰写论文及学术交流的外语能力；

3.具有突出的科研能力，在本学科专业权威期刊发表过论文，或主持过国家级科研项目，或获得过省部级科研奖励；

4.国内外著名高校毕业者、主持国家级重大项目经历者、博士生导师优先。

1. A PhD in relevant discipline with excellent academic knowledge of research methods and outstanding foreign language ability to read professional books and literature, write papers and conduct academic exchanges;

3. Outstanding scientific research ability is required. The applicants are expected to have published papers in authoritative journals, or successfully granted national scientific research projects, or received research awards at provincial or ministerial level.

4. Graduates from well-known domestic and foreign universities, those with experience in supervising key national projects and doctoral supervisors are preferred.
